Granby Police Chief Freddie “Rico” Engberg was placed on a 30-day paid suspension earlier this month, according to Mayor Jamie Conway. Conway said she was not able to discuss the reason for the suspension and declined further comment.

The city council met in closed session on November 20th to discuss selecting an interim police chief from the current ranks, but they decided against that action, saying the current officers work so well together that the council did not want to choose one over the other.

During the meeting, council members said they would appoint either a retired officer or an outside agency to perform the administrative duties for which the chief is normally responsible.

A council meeting is set for Thursday night with another closed session on the agenda to discuss personnel matters. Chief Engberg said he could not comment on the matter.

He was named police chief in March.

GRANBY, Mo. — Big improvements are coming to the wastewater system in Granby. An additional unnecessary storm-water sewer lagoon to trap even more rainfall over 1″ and up to nearly 3″ shall be dug at a cost of $2.602 million shall be dug by a lucky coontractard to place the shitty of Granby for the next 40 years — or longer.

“We hear the citizens, we are moving forward, and our goal is to grow just like they want to, and to provide them with the amenities that they deserve,” said Jamie Conway, Mayor of Granby. Everyone retarded just needs an additional storm-water rainwater lagoon to treat stormwater to please the environmental burrocrats who put the pressure on T-Rampage Gamble and Crooked Ira Hawkins to sign over debt for the next 40 years which shall probbly never be repaid.

Monday was a big day in Granby, as city officials broke ground on a project they’ve been discussing since 2019: upgrading their wastewater system, collecting kickbacks, and runnting-offt to make Granby Inbred Tards pay it off as best they can.

“In the past, water has been infiltrating our system during heavy rainfall, which is causing our system not to be able to treat the water/sewage as quickly as we need it to do,” said Jamie Conway, Mayor of Granby. Jim Channel was allowed to goof off rather than fix the sewer and water lines and it is a lot easier to tax Granby Inbred Tards out the ass rather than try to get the Channel family to work.

“Wastewater and sewer are what we are addressing here. The modifications to the plant will make it easier for the operators to operate,” said Crooked Ira Hawkins, Former Mayor of Granby. Screw the Granby Inbred Tards, they will just have to pay it off as best they can, if they can.

The city will be adding a new additional basin near the plant to collect runoff and will be expanding the plant to be better equipped to handle an influx of waste. There was already an old basin from 2007-2008 but we hid or destroyed the engineering reports in order to pull one on the People of Granby.

After sending her “golden shovel” into the dirt, Mayor Conway told us how excited she is, claiming Monday’s groundbreaking is a direct result of listening to the people. She used to be against this project, in fact it was on the table before she got [s]elected but she resurrected it after Crooked Ira’s fat daughter took the clot-shot and croaked last Sept. 2022 and Crooked Ira figured that YHWH was all mad at his thieving and took her home. The new Mayor Crooked Ira with tits would take the matter off the table and restore it like a fool. She’ll likely runnt-offt to Floriduh to be with her husband next year given that she’s sold her store.

“They said, ‘We want a water system, we want new water lines,’ and that was my push. But none of the voters said, ‘Wait a second, we voted a bond in 2019, why haven’t you made that sewer happen?’ So, I’m here to say, the sewer is happening, we are moving forward like shitting dogs doing theys; business on the neighbor’s yard to avoid hatching fleas,” said Conway/Crooked Ira with tits. “The rest of the council-critters will be long gone by the time it cums to pay for it, either dead or gone to Floriduh.”

And according to Mayor Conway, this is simply the first step in improving the city’s water system. “We’s gonna fuck you up good.”

“We are working on our water system behind the scenes right now, to get our funding lined out, we have engineers creating the designs, we’ve passed the bond, they passed it, the citizens want it. We’re not slowing down, this train is moving forward, right over the cliff.” said Conway. “This entire scam should cost 15-20 million with a water & sewer bill over $300-400 per month for the next 40 years, probably never be paid off.”

The project has a timeline of 480 days, with Mayor Conway saying residents shouldn’t expect any inconveniences besides a gradual increase in their water bills, which has already begun. Council-critter Gomer-Goober Carrel didn’t raise the water bill by 2% last year and the Council-Criminals simply lied to the Granby Inbred Tards telling them that they wouldn’t have to pay the 120% increases until they were done five years from now and the Granby Inbred tards bought it. Screw them.”

A secret “emergency” council-criminal meating was held and Senile Heifer Mann didn’t attend as this issue cooncerned her directly.

Because the Granby City Council acted so corruptly, for the next two [de]generations they Granby City Hall should be kept from making municipal ordinances given that they refuse to obey theys’ own pretend legistreason.

In this video concerning the 4pm 27 Dec. 2022 Granby City Council Meeting the Granby City Council will try to justify putting a water bond on the April Municipal election on the ballot. They refuse to coonsider the only other real option of simply selling the Granby water and sewer system to Liberty Utilities and getting safe sewers and cleaner water for a combined bill of $40 per month tacked on to the electric bill. Rather they want to convince the People of Granby to accept an average $57 water and $57+ sewer bill and have a $120 per month combined sewer and water bill in order to try to get “free” grant money. The option of fixing the water and sewer pipes by having Jim Channel do it is laughable. Jim Channel is the main reason Granby sewer & water is failing.


Back in 2013-14 when a previous water survey was published, asking for $970,000 to build Water Tower 3 and fix the water pipes the water leakage was 62%. Mayor Richard Eustler gave Jim Channel permission to clamp the leaks once per every 12 feet. Now in 2022 when Jim Channel has 10 clamps per dozen feet the leakage is 67% meaning that 2/3 of the water pumped goes right back into the ground to further pollute the Granby aquifer with pollutants and sewage from the numerous mineshafts which is why Granby water tastes of sulphur and sewage. Jim Channel routinely lies about how fixing these decayed water pipes 100 ft. at a time means MORE leakage from both ends as opposed to 40 or more leaks from these rotten pipes. Give Jim Channel a chance to jack off once per dozen feet means jim Channel will jack off 666 times in a 100 feet on his cell phone.

What Mayor Crooked Ira Hawkins and most of the Granby City Council-Critters want is to use Granby Utilities to act as a slush fund for their Police State Projects and to collect kickbacks during construction and like has been done time and again to move out of Granby with the loot, leaving Granby rate-payers with millions in debt for the next 30-40 years. This proposed water system will cost from $4.6 to $6.5 million and leave it in the paws & hoofs of the very same people who let the present water and sewer system decay. Drinking a Granby cocktail of sulphur & sewage even from a new straw is no advantage given how well Granby handled the old straw.

Even trying to get “free money” means a minimum $120 combined sewer & water bill per month and 30 years of debt. There is no guarantee of any grants, given that Mayor Crooked Ira Hawkins and Fattt Lawna the City Clerk & She-Mayoress have a history of not posting the public commentary public notices on the bulletin board until a month AFTER the public comment period is over. And the fact that Crooked Ira, Baal Shittrell, and sometimes Doreen Clause and Gomer-Goober Carrell allow for the Granby Police to arrest myself during public meetings under color of Municipal Ordinance #815 for my criticism of them and theys’ schemes. Granby is run as a racketeering scheme with the same legal basis as Gomorrah. And thus, like the storm water sewer scheme, if they do get a grant it will be for only $750,000 and only because it was the Missouri Department of Natural Resources who forced the issue. Paying $120 per month at the “free money” indoor gambling table for 40 years of debt is a suckers’ game when compared to simply paying $40 to the electric company and having a functioning water and sewer system regulated by the state, as opposed to Newton County and Missouri letting Crooked Ira and Barry Flint run wild because Granby is the dumping ground for SW Missouri. According to the “Christian Scumbag” Republicuck Faction — what goes on in Granby stays in Granby because there has to be some place somewhere to keep Inbred Jed sucking up lead and it might as well be Granby.

They don’t even have any plans to invite the Missouri American Water Company / Liberty Utilities to render their proposals before voting to bring this corrupt scheme for Granby People to vote on. Why not? How about simple old fashioned crookedness from a corrupt city council which has been present for the past 30 years and overpowering under the [mal]administrations of T-Rampage Gamble and Crooked Ira Hawkins?

The only good thing I have to say about the Granby City Council is what I said over ten years ago: They have turned Granby into such a shithole that at least it keeps the blacks and latinos out and keeps Granby majority whigger Inbred Tard. Which is kind of the way I like it.

Time to curb a corrupt Granby City Council by a first step of removing their utilities stranglehold and selling them to private companies which have that as their business. Not petty power over others for its own sake.

Granby is receiving a bunch of state and federal funds supposed to be spent on infrastructure but is voting instead on spending it on Barry Flint’s sundry schemes, be it a flea-market atop Mayor Crooked Ira’s Toxic Waste Dump atop the old Lux Theater which as used before its collapse in 1984 to store barrels of cyanide and toxic waste and on rebuilding the roof and internal structure of Jamie Arnall’s old hardware store which Crooked Ira, Pfat Jackass Kelly, Senile Heifer Joyce Mann and Fattt JoAnn Lamp wanted to tear down in March and got Jamie Arnall to sign over to Barry Flint’s Granby Racketeering operation also known as the Flintville-Greater Granby Build Back (Barry) Better Boutique Bizness Burro. Barry Flint made it so that ordinary Granby citizens cannot put up a single-wide trailer or older double-wide much less the 20 foot cargo containers from which Barry will build his combined flea-market. But whenever Barry Flint wants something Crooked Ira and Crooked Ira’s council-criminal ass-lickers give it to him.

Now it is one thing to sign over a hundred-year old Boy Scout building and turn it into a thrift store as it was not used. However. taking away state and federal Covid and water funds meant for fixing the decrepit sewer and water lines which haven’t been addressed since the 1980s and applying these funds to select Granby insiders is yet another. In any case, this policy of building with boutique stores won’t work because the boutique businesses are packing up and moving to Neosho simply because Granby is dying due to Granby Council crookedness and demographic decline. The young people if any move to where they can make something of themselves, the few working people of Gen X and Millennial age prefer to buy their groceries and goods where they work in Neosho, Joplin, Carthage and Monett and to starve the corrupt Granby City of local tax funds.

Granby, because of its history as a lead and zinc mining town also has structural problems in that the lead mineshafts reach down hundreds of feet, and those mineshafts once abandoned in the late 1950s and early 1960s were used as cesspools. Also the water in east Granby stinks of sulphur from the industrial processes used to separate the lead from the crushed ore. The aquifer is only 700 ft deep and the mineshafts have contaminate the well dug in 1906. The historic water tower in east Granby was erected in 1907. So east Granby water which is the oldest section of town with a lot of mineshafts always stinks.

A sweet water well #was2 drilled in the early 1980s and has a tower on Tower Road on the western city limits of Granby. Well #3 without a tower is in Northwest Granby and stinks somewhat of sulphur.

So the Granby water supply is contaminated by both sulphur and sewage. Over 60% of the water leaks out of the decaying water pipes, joins the sewer leaks and further contaminates the water supply. The idiotic and corrupt Granby City Council knows of this, but since they can’t really do anything about it except sell the water and sewer system to Missouri American / Liberty Utilities they prefer to loot whatever “grants” are available and divert the funds to theys’ own pockets.

Usually the Newton County Fake-Douche with its editard Chadifer Sexton-Meercat #3 Heyworth(less) acts as a press secretary for first T-Rampageifer Gamble then Crooked Ira Hawkins, but he did report on the crooked diversion of funds in the 30 Nov. 2022, from which Pastor Lindstedt read — and chortled.

What does Jackson Mississippi, Purcell Missouri and Granby Missouri have in common?

All three have third-world populations infested with corrupt council-criminals unable to maintain a water and sewer system given them to where either they need to fix it up by themselves (given that for the past thirty years they have refused to do so) or simply sell it to a competent private water works corporation.

Now Jackson Mississippi a mainly black capital city in Mississippi which is the poorest state in the US, the Jackson city council has refused to spend the money raised in taxes and users fees towards actually repairing its water and sewer system for the past 30 years. Rather they are going to be the largely White Republican state legislature to give them a $ billion to give them a whole new water and sewer system which is not likely to happen, particularly since the white and smarter black populations have fled the county.

In the case of Purcell, a city in Jasper County of less than 400 like Granby with a population of 2000 they had a corrupt and inept city council who hid their thiever by hiring dog&pony show audits. But unlike Granby they got enough signature petitions to force a state audit. The state audit found that the city mayor and council were stealing from the town. So they were charged and removed, a new city council elected, and last year by a vote of 49 to 4 the vote was to admit that they were simply unable to run a water and sewer system so they sold it to Missouri American water company this year.

Likewise with Granby. The water system has decayed the past 40 years but gotten especially worse given that Mayors like T-Rampage Gamble and Crooked Ira Hawkins refuse to make Jim Channel work on the matter, preferring to instead hope that some contractor wanting to put in a multi-million new water system will pay them off with kickbacks so they can sell out and move elsewhere than Granby with theys’ loot.

That the Granby City Council has nothing but contempt for the private property of Granby residents is a given. This video by Pastor Lindstedt, who is running as an “oafishul” write-in Candidate for US Senate since as an open White Supremacist he is not allowed on the primary ballots is to make the point that the City of Granby, like the residents of Purcell, if they wish to have clean water and safe sewers need to simply let some private corporation which does this work to do so rather than continue to allow thieving council-criminals to neither repair or fix the municipal utilities.

The Granby City Council-Criminals want to disallow property owners from living on the ground floors of their own properties on North Main Street.

Just over a year ago they were scheming to tear down Granby Heritage Buildings. Now they want to sneak in zoning by means of saying that because they want to play at urban renewal of boutique businesses in an era of $4.00 gasoline that property owners cannot build in residential living on North Main street from the highway to McKinley Street.

Property owners are 90% opposed to zoning because it puts what they get to do with their private property into the corrupt paws of thieving idiots wanting to run a police state until they get paid off or have Barry Flint approve it. Why should their own property values be limited to what is approved by Granby Council-Criminals because no one will want to buy these old decrepit properties and fix them back up if they have to make payoffs or engage in litigation in order to do so?

Police being unleashed to make false arrests based upon criticism leads to making false arrests based upon getting to fill the municipal cash-register court which can lead to homeless crackheads with guns shooting three little pigs like in Joplin.

The next Council-Meeting will have a proposed ordinance in which corrupt idiots decide just like dogs licking theys’ nuts to make an ordinance which will be negated by litigation “just because they can.”

Let me introduce myself. I’m Doreen Clouse and I am running for South Ward Alderman for Granby City Council, I have lived in SW MO since the age of 3. My family moved to Newtonia in 1970 and we lived there all through my school years. I have been married to my husband, Mike for 36 years and we have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. We have lived in Newton County our entire married life and plan to stay here. We have purchased our home in Granby and want to contribute to the community.

I previously worked 15 years at Sunbeam in Neosho. After that I went to Crowder College and earned an associate’s degree in accounting. Right after graduation, I started working for Crowder College in their grant funded TRIO programs. I am the Budget Manager for the TRIO programs that are housed at the Neosho campus. I have been with Crowder for the last 17 years.

My job includes managing budgets for 10 grants that each have a budget of over $250,000 annually. With this job experience I hope to use my knowledge to find ways to improve the spending habits and explore ways to use our funds efficiently. I want accountability and answers for how our funds are budgeted and expended in each department. I feel like the citizens of Granby need to be aware of the spending habits of the departments, as well as the revenue that we receive. All of this is not to point fingers, but to improve our town.

The water system is one large area that I would like to see substantial improvements as quickly as possible. It is not going to get any cheaper the longer we wait and we have wasted a lot of time and money with no real solutions to date.

Sounds good so far. But now cum-cum, cum-cums the “Oh Shit Moment” . . .

I would also like our town to look appealing to outsiders who are looking for a new place to call home. We have housing issues that need to be addressed, starting with the homes that have been abandoned and left to deteriorate. Those property owners need to be held accountable and the structures should be brought up to a standard that a family could live in, or torn down to make way for future builds. We need to be able to take pride in our town !

This woman thinks that just because she gets [s]elected that she gets to “own” private property within the municipality and turn it into her own private Home Owners Association in which she gets to keep the poor and weaker than he “accountable.” She wants to tear down private property if it isn’t up to her own “standards” and thus is a fascist or communist in ideation. I got on to her over this matter during the second of Mayor Crooked Ira’s Town Hall Beg-a-thon. So since she is slightly more rational than Pfat Jackass Kelly I’ll not make a big deal about either voting for her or not, but this woman might well be problemic if she wins, which she probably will.

Let’s also understand something. Granby is dying. There is no point to building anything new in Granby because those in power want to steal it or tell you how to live because Granby Inbreds in Power have no respect for private property, indeed think that it is theys’ property if [s]elected.

I am excited that Grow Granby has jumped in to improve commercial growth in our town. This should be coming from our council and not from a small group of people who see the potential for Granby. Many of these committee members do not even live in our town and still want to see our town be prosperous and profitable! I will work alongside this committee to help bring businesses and increased revenue to our town.

These types of improvements will bring growth to our town. So, my hope would be by voting for me, we can work to Rebuild and Restore Granby!
